Positive: The first location was ok . After returning from eating I had no lights in the house , after speaking with the agent she was able to accommodate me to another location which it was inconvenient but if worked itself out in the long run overall I had somewhere to sleep! Negative: Being move 3 times first time no lights . Second time stayed there for a few nights then after moved again to another unit one room had a queen bed. The second room had a bump bed, which was inconvenience for an adult when that’s for a kids/children .

Location was great. We could walk to beach. Having a parking spot was really convenient as the last thing you want to worry about is parking blocks away in the evening. Also the pool was small but a nice to have for a last minute dip. Place was clean. Beds really comfortable. We did not have water our last day but it was a locality thing and not the fault of our host. Appreciated the small conveniences like supplying beach chairs, beach towels and cooler. Would stay here again.

Positive: Very clean and nice Negative: No hot water

My friend and i came for a quick trip and it was a pretty decent stay. Beds were comfy, the place was clean, theres laundry in unit. I can say the pictures looked more modern than what we walked in to. The only slight complaint i had was the shower, it didnt get very warm and takes some time to heat up if it does. The outdoor shower near the pool area has hot water. They provide beach chairs and blankets too which is nice. Over all a decent stay!

It was exactly what I needed during the stay. Clean and comfy beds, equipped kitchen, quiet and in a good location. It was not that easy to find at first because the GPS was not taking me to the neighborhood where the main gate is. I wish it could have hot water in the shower, I could only get warm water after letting it run for several minutes. My other suggestion is to have more bedding available for the sofa bed in the living room. The 5 minute walk to the beach is accurate, although I’m under the impression that this is a beach you can go into the water, but views are nice. There are great cafes and restaurants around the area. Although I was not looking to use the pool during my stay, I noticed it was under maintenance. Overall, I’m satisfied and would recommend.
