Quick answer
Every Otium booking can be cancelled for free up to 5 days before check-in. Within those 5 days, the penalty is the first night plus 50% of the remaining nights. Requests are made by WhatsApp or email, never automatically.
The details
- For a full refund, cancel at least 5 full days before the local check-in time shown in your confirmation email.
- If you cancel less than 5 days before, the first night and 50% of all nights after it are non-refundable.
- If you arrive and decide to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate is refunded for the nights not used, counted 24 hours after the cancellation.
- Date changes are free up to 5 days before check-in, subject to availability.
- Long stays paid monthly (up to 90 days): 28 days' notice to cancel or change without fees.
- If you booked through another site, cancel there: that site's policy applies.
