Zimple Restaurant & Bar

I visited Zimple with my family 2 days ago and we had a great experience. From the person who greets you at the door, our waiter Ricardo to the Chefs on site. Everything we ordered was delicious, and Im not saying this lighly. Texture, flavor balance, presentation, freshness, aunthenticity! Coconut mojito- the best I’ve ever had and I am half cuban, half puertorrican. App- mini mofongo cups stuffed with skirt steak 5⭐. Mampostiao rice had this smokey flavor like it was cooked in a “fogón”, super authentic.
