Our group truly enjoyed our stay! The host was responsive, courteous, and provided accommodations that made us feel right at home. The place was beautiful, clean, and in a wonderful location. We will certainly book again!

Amazing spot. Close to the beach and lots of places to eat. Very walkable neighborhood. The place was very clean and they responded quickly. The pool was a nice addition! Had a great time staying here.

SUPERB on all fronts! Otium’s 3 bedroom in the heart of Condado was everything we wanted and could have asked for for my trip with my 4 daughters (ages 16-21). The unit was extremely clean, had a fully equipped kitchen (which I used to make breakfast on the final day), and it’s one of the few rentals in the area that offers a pool, close to shops and dining galore, while still only a few short blocks from the beach. The unit itself was so pretty and eclectic with it’s bright happy colors, cozy living room and dining area, and nice sized bedrooms with comfy beds and linens. The 3 bedrooms were located in 3 corners of the house and that provided a nice separation from each other. The air conditioning was awesome! And so was the hot water for showers. If you know, you know. The only issue we encountered was not having enough towels for a 5 day stay, but communication was fast and easy. We didn’t get extra towels but we were provided extra blankets for the sofa that we asked for.

Great Airbnb located in the center of Condado with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, vintage shopping, and the beach! Highlights for us were the comfy beds and the shared pool. Host were very responsive to our needs. We enjoyed our stay!

Me and my friends had a great stay! The location was wonderful a very short walk to the beach and great restaurants. We loved that we all had our own privacy and enjoyed the pool on property.
