What you need to know before booking

No Otium property charges a cleaning fee or a service fee. The nightly rate on this page, multiplied by your nights, is the total before taxes, and taxes are shown in the price block before you pay. The total shown in the price block once you pick dates is what you are charged: no new charges appear at checkout.

Free cancellation on every Otium booking. The exact deadline is calculated once you pick your check-in date and shown in the price block before you pay.

Every Otium property's calendar updates in real time. If a date shows as available in the price block, it can be booked immediately.

Every Otium listing discloses the safety measures it has, such as exterior cameras or decibel monitoring, when they apply. If you want to know more about the area, the concierge will tell you what it's like before you book.

The photos on this listing show the property as it is today, not a render or photos of a similar unit.

The reviews on this listing are from guests who stayed at this property. We show the highest rated first, and every review is on the reviews page.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability: ask the concierge.

We email the arrival instructions before check-in, with the exact address and how to get in. If you'll arrive late, let the concierge know.

The Otium concierge is available 24/7.

Every Otium property's nightly rate drops the more nights you book; your exact rate shows once you pick dates. Stays of 28 nights or longer require a separate License Agreement and a background check.
