Condado | Steps From The Beach Rental

We really enjoyed the closeness to everything! Walgreens (open 24hrs) restaurants (the one downstairs is Amazing!), beach and casino all within 5 mins. Had an amazing time there. Would definitely recommend this place. They were fruendly and very quick to respond to any questions/concerns. No need to rent a car honestly you can easily catch a LYFT/UBER with surprisingly cheap fare (went to Aibonito for $30). Overall a great time in my island ! 🇵🇷💜🏝

Great location walking distance from the amazing Condado Beach and other great shops and restaurants. Between a 10 min drive to Old San Juan and 35 min drive to Luquillo and the National Forest, it was the perfect location for us! Otium was proactive in responses, never waiting more than 10 mins for information and was extremely helpful the whole week we were there! The location was full of great restaurants but with that the noise was a bit much on a few nights from the bar next door, but other than that it was solid. The furniture was minimal and the beds could be updated but perfect for just sleeping and being out the whole day exploring. It’s listed for 4 ppl however the walls are thin and no living room so expect it to be cramped and limited privacy but it was perfect for just us two. Overall I would recommend this apartment to my friends and would stay again!

Would definitely recommend! The location was amazing being close to so many restaurants, beach and close to convenient pickup locations for excursions. The space looks exactly like the photos and was very clean. One thing to note is that there isn’t really a common area, so if you’re looking for a place to hang out, it may feel a bit limited. However, it definitely serves its purpose if you’re mainly looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep in a great location. The host was extremely responsive and attentive. Quick replies and follow ups to make sure everything was taken care of. Overall a great stay!

Pretty basic spot to sleep. Just a kitchen with two rooms and a bathroom. Great location and it was what we needed, but not a place to hang out. The door code lock was unreliable and we did get locked out but they were fast to get us a backup key. Thanks.

Great location, very clean and comfortable space and Otium was exceptionally helpful in getting us checked in quickly for a last minute stay.
