Condado | Stay Near The Beach

Great affordable place! Super close to the beach, clubs, and restaurants. The host was SUPER responsive and got us anything we needed!

We loved staying at Otium! The place was great and exactly as described by the host. Comfortable beds, even some beach gear available to use. We came here for our spring break and it was exactly what we needed. We specially loved the location. Maybe 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, if not less, which was great. Maybe 10 minutes walking to La Placita, for those of you who are looking for some night-life (although we liked going to Old San Juan better for that). Great food options all around. We specially liked Sobao for breakfast, Tavola for dinner (their appetizers are incredible) and Tayzan also was great if you are into Chinese food (this one was the group favorite). Really, this airbnb has a great location and it’s a super comfortable space to be at :). Definitely recommend.

Small but comfortable place in a great location. Short walk to beach and a short car ride to old San Juan. Responsive and helpful hosts.

Buenos días, el punto del apartamento está muy estratégico, cerca a una buena playa para estar pero no para bañarse es peligrosa, pero muy cerca en la playa del puente si te puedes bañar, en la zona es muy segura y buena para caminar, excelentes restaurantes para probar comida local o disfrutar de diferentes platos de otros países, el apartamento es muy cómodo, sus camas y colchones muy cómodos también, excelente espacio para disfrutar unos días en PR, muchas gracias y quedan súper recomendados.

The units we had were clean and the location was perfect! The hosts were responsive and even had beach supplies.

Estancia muy agradable, fácil acceso al alojamiento ya que contaba con código, lo cual es mejor que las llaves para que cualquiera de los huéspedes pueda entrar cuando quiera y no haya riesgo de pérdida de llaves. Mary estuvo pendiente durante toda la estancia y con voluntad de ayudarnos. Además, la casa proporciona nevera y utensilios de playa como bien se anuncia, que resultan muy útiles. También toallas, gel y champú de ducha y pasta de dientes. La ubicación bastante buena, con muchos restaurantes alrededor, un supermercado en la misma calle y a una distancia prudente para ir andando a varios sitios de interés como la Placita de Santurce.
