Positive: The property was cleaned. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. It included parking that was a big plus for us since we had a rental car. Negative: Nothing much, the property itself was perfect. The only issue we had was that we were on the second floor and Pigeons kept popping on the stairs and we had to asked to have it cleaned several times

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well cared for. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

Stayed with a few friends on a girls trip! We felt safe in the walkable .neighborhood. Easy to find, fun pool, great spot with balcony. The only complaint was morning construction sounds – so bring a white noise machine or ear plugs. We loved the property, the beach nearby has rip tides so we paid $5 uber to do to Dos Hermanos closely. 10 minutes to old San Juan and also excursions in a sea turtle nursery. Would stay again we loved it.

2 adults and two children ages 2 and 6. It was perfect for my little ones. Great location to take uber to different beaches and locations in San Juan within 6-15 mins. Did activities all day and came back to relax and enjoy the pool. They have beach chairs and umbrellas you can borrow. If you want privacy, clean space and good location this is a great place to stay. Thank you Otium!

This Airbnb was such a beautiful place to stay. It can be difficult to travel and feel comfortable staying somewhere unfamiliar, but we truly felt right at home here. Our host was so welcoming and informative from the moment we booked and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. The Airbnb was easily accessible, which made both check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. Having dedicated parking spaces was also a huge plus. We felt very safe throughout our stay and would 100% come back again. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Positive: Overall, this was a perfect place for a short stay. The location is great, and the room was clean and spacious enough for six people. Negative: The water pressure is a bit low, other than that everything is good!
